Istanbul's proposed new airplane terminal has gotten an outline grant at the World Design Celebration in Berlin.



The honor for Framework - Future Tasks went to lead architect Scott Brownrigg and unique originators Grimshaw, Nordic and Haptic. Engineers Fonksiyon and Hat/Kiklop were additionally respected for their work on the venture. 

"The terminal building will have the element of being the greatest terminal under one rooftop on the planet," Transport Serve Ahmet Arslan said. 

The airplane terminal will have 2,000 flights a day and more than 100 million travelers every year by means of 250 carriers when the main period of development is finished in mid 2018. 

Additionally getting a honor at the celebration hung on Thursday and Friday was the Beyazit state library in Istanbul, which houses more than a million works. Tabanlioglu Designers got the honor in the New and Old - Finished Building classification.
